Welcome to Casa Buena Vida! This exclusive and unique 10-acre estate honors the Live Music Capital of the world. Located in the Balconies Canyonland Preserve in Northwest Austin is just a 30-minute drive to Downtown. This estate will make you feel like you are in the European Countryside! Our private residence allows guests maximum entertainment and affordability flexibility, including no owner F&B markup or other annoying rules or requirements.  The homeowner lives in the "Casa Grande" main house so we can address any issues immediately. 

The Casita guest and pool house can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests and features 3 full kitchens and 6 private restrooms. There is plenty of parking and space available to accommodate large groups. 

Many locals know Casa Buena Vida because of its one-of-a-kind, 360-degree, Hummingbird guitar-shaped pool and hot tub. This pool is the heart of the villa grounds. The neck of the guitar is designed for swimming laps and the center is the hot tub.

This estate is available for weekend rentals with full access to the Cabana pool house, swimming pool & hot tub, green space, and amenities for a flat fee. No matter how long you stay, you get to enjoy this property and share it on social media with no copyright restrictions on personal accounts. 

Events are welcome! Whether you are looking for a wedding venue or a private dinner party, our property can accommodate up to 300 people for any event you are looking to hold. Any wedding planners will gain commission who bring clientele to the property. We allow them to directly contact all vendors for the event. Most events are held at the Casita Guest. However small, private, dinner parties of no more than 25 people can be held in "Casa Grande" for an evening. 

The homeowner lives in the "Casa Grande" main house so we can address any issues immediately.
